Here is my version of the famous Filipino dessert. I served it in my party last night, and it was a big hit. Try it out!
5-6 pcs of ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
250 grams fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
A mixture of 4 cups of All-purpose cream and 2 cups of condensed milk
Two packs of graham crackers
Put a layer of graham cracker.
Cover the crackers with the mixture of cream and condensed milk.
Add a layer of mangoes, and drown them with the creamy mixture
Add another layer of graham
Cover the layer with cream again and add a layer of strawberries And drown it in cream once more.
Add the last layer of graham, layer it with mangoes and strawberries and bits of graham crackers or chocolate flakes
Place in the freezer for at least three hours. This is best served frozen.
Note: my recipe yields three containers good for a total of 24 people.
