What is your definition of SULIT?

Standard

This question has bugged me for some time.

One fine day, Fil and I went out to this fantastic place–expensive, yes, but we had so much fun that we didn’t mind. Then when we told a friend about it, that friend said “ay, hindi SULIT dyan (that place is not worth the value of your money)!” I felt bad when I heard it, and I began to wonder: what is the definition of SULIT? Can one’s idea of it be different from another person’s?

Is it about quantity or quality? The mathematics or the emotions?

  1. hi eileen. it need not be sulit always.. as long as you enjoyed the thing you did, the food you ate, the experience you shared, it’s perfectly ok..
